Prayer for Humility and Service in Leadership
Heavenly Father,
I come before You today with a heart yearning for Your wisdom and guidance. Your Word teaches us, “Do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love” (Galatians 5:14, KJV). Help me, Lord, to embody this truth in all aspects of my life.
Grant me the strength to resist the temptations of pride and selfish desires. Instead, fill me with a spirit of humility and a genuine desire to love and serve others. May I always remember the importance of loving my neighbor as myself and treating everyone with the respect and kindness they deserve.
As a leader, I ask for Your guidance so that I can lead with grace and humility. Let me not be swayed by the status and symbols of power but rather lead with a servant’s heart. Help me recognize the value in every individual and lead by example, showing love and compassion in all my actions.
May my leadership reflect Your love and bring unity, peace, and joy to those I am privileged to lead. Keep my heart humble, my spirit steadfast, and my actions aligned with Your will.
