The Final Prayer – Written by Lesallan

Dear Lord,

As I come to the end of my journey on this earth,

I thank You for all the blessings You have given me.

You have been my refuge and my strength,

My hope and my salvation.

You have also given me a friend and a mentor,

A person named Jesus who has been written about and His ways.

He has inspired me with His words of wisdom and grace,

He has challenged me to grow in faith and love.

Lord, I pray that You would bless all in this class and his ministry,

That You would use Him to reach many souls for Your glory.

I pray that You would protect Him and Us from the evil one,

And fill our hearts with Your joy and peace.

Lord, I also pray that You would prepare me for my final moment,

That You would forgive me of all my sins and cleanse me of all my guilt.

I pray that You would welcome me into Your presence,

And grant me eternal life with You.

Lord, I love You and I trust You,

You are my Lord and my God.

This is my final prayer,

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Bible teaches us that the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, will return to the earth at the end of the age. Though the exact day and hour of His return is known only to the heavenly Father, Jesus reminds us that it will be sudden, like a thief in the night, catching us when we least expect it. As believers, we must be vigilant and prepared for His coming – watching and waiting in faith, hope, and love. So let us be steadfast and ready, knowing that our Lord and Savior will return to bring glory, justice, and peace to all who believe in Him.

Finding a church that suits your needs and preferences can be challenging as we are all commanded to watch and be ready for His coming. Yes, this might be painful, but it is also a rewarding journey through Life. Yes, there are many factors to consider, such as the denomination, the doctrine, the worship style, the ministries and programs, and the community of believers.

One of the most important steps is to pray and ask God for guidance and wisdom. He knows your heart and desires and will lead you to the right place. You can also ask other Christians for recommendations and advice, especially if they have similar beliefs and values.

Another helpful step is to do some research online. You can use my website: https://www.thechristianthing.com  to find local churches near you and learn more about their history, vision, mission, and beliefs. You can also read reviews from others who have visited or joined those churches and see what they liked or disliked about them.

Blessings in Christ and I hope you all enjoyed my final prayer as I sojourn through Life. Amen.
