Prayer for Divine Health, Healing, and Wellness

Gracious Heavenly Father, we approach You with gratitude, yearning for Your divine presence as we embark on our journey toward health and wellness. Your Word reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, a precious gift (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, New International Version [NIV]). May we honor You by nurturing our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

We place our faith in Your promise, Lord, that You have plans to prosper us, not to harm us; plans filled with hope and a bright future (Jeremiah 29:11, NIV). Empower us with Your Word, which breathes life into those who seek it and brings health to the entire body (Proverbs 4:20-22, NIV).

You are the healer of all diseases, Lord, as Your Word promises: “Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases” (Psalm 103:2-3, NIV). Let us also hold dear the words of Isaiah, who reminds us of Jesus bearing our infirmities: “By his wounds we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5, NIV).

In moments of challenge, grant us peace, for You have assured us not to be anxious about anything. As we present our requests to You, may Your peace guard our hearts and minds (Philippians 4:6-7, NIV). Let Your Spirit guide us in making wise choices, resting in Your healing power, and finding renewal through You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
